Founded in 1988 and relaunched in 2014, we have grown into a consistent force in the women’s game, competing at the highest level in the UK and Europe. With Mancunian roots and a global outlook, we are shaped by our Fans and driven by a long-term vision, from developing future talent to supporting the communities we call home. Together, we are building what comes next, the City way.

This role works closely with colleagues across the Academy, wider Club teams and external education partners.
