Working alongside the FIFA/FIFA27 Partnership Rights Delivery (PRD) team in Zurich and Brazil and reporting to the FIFA Senior Partner Rights Delivery Manager in Zurich and the FIFA27 Head of Commercial Partnerships, the Partner Rights Delivery Manager supports the operational implementation and fulfillment of FIFA Commercial Partners’ contractual rights and obligations. This role includes coordination of official sites requirements, stadiums preparations, and the delivery of Commercial Partners activities and related deliverables.

This position plays an integral part in ensuring a successful tournament through the delivery of FIFA’s commercial operations in the host country.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the planning and execution of the operational implementation and delivery of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™ Commercial Partners agreements.
- Implement and coordinate all commercial operations in line with the rights granted to Commercial Partners for the competition and competition-related events and sites.
- Support the implementation of all commercial/sponsorship activations and commercial rights programmes of FIFA’s Commercial Partners.
- Collaborate with the Stadium Venue Managers, Stadium Authorities, and relevant Functional Areas to ensure delivery of the contractual rights and obligations of FIFA’s Commercial Partners.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering stadium inspections, open days, and Commercial Partner operational visits, ensuring alignment with commercial and F&B concessions requirements.
- Manage and monitor the implementation of FIFA’s clean site obligation and Commercial Partners’ exclusivity in the official sites.
- Ensure the Commercial Partners’ recognition programme is correctly implemented in designated stadium areas in accordance with established guidelines, including within the F&B concessions programme.
- Assist in the implementation of specific commercial/marketing projects at the stadiums, such as Stadium Fan Experience areas, Special Marketing Programmes, Youth Programme, Value-in-Kind (VIK) operations, LED pitch side board operations, and other Commercial Partner activities, in coordination with the FIFA/FIFA27 project leads and the entire Partnership Rights Delivery team.
- Act as an operational point of contact for Commercial Partners in the host country for commercial delivery matters, supporting issue resolution and expectation management throughout the event delivery process.
- Work with PRD suppliers and assist them in the delivery of their obligations.
- Support the planning and delivery of all Partnership Rights Delivery related spaces, facilities and flows in the stadiums (and other official sites) as per defined stadium requirements under the guidance of the FIFA PRD project lead.
- Provide operational support to the Partnership Rights Delivery Venue Team (Marketing Venue Managers) during the tournament period.
- Take primary responsibility for the administrative preparation and ongoing maintenance of comprehensive documentation, operational guidelines, briefing materials, tracking tools, and structured reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency across all Partnership Rights Delivery activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, guidelines, and presentations on rights delivery progress, highlighting key achievements, risks, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the preparation of tournament debrief documentation.
- Assume administrative responsibility for the Partnership Rights Delivery team and provide support as required

Education

- University degree, ideally in Sports Management, Sports Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with exposure to commercial/marketing operations or sponsorship activations.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable role within an international, fast-paced, and project-driven environment, preferably in the events and/or sports industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial operations and/or sponsorship activations in major event settings and/or the sports industry
- Experience working in international sports events or large-scale event environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working within a multicultural and/or multinational organisation.
- Experience in the planning and delivery of fan experience areas and activations is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

- Very strong administrative skills, with proven ability to produce high-quality documentation, guidelines, reports, and structured tracking tools.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and a structured working approach.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver projects within an event environment, manage priorities effectively, and work independently within defined responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Certification & Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams; knowledge of Visio and MS Project is an advantage).
- Experience using planning software and online collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours during peak project phases and tournament time.

- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro for the duration of the employment (pre-tournament and operational tournament time)
