About the role

As Partnership Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple commercial partners, leading the delivery of best-in-class marketing campaigns that maximise value and drive partner objectives.

You will play a key role in developing creative and strategic partnership activations, working collaboratively across the Club to deliver innovative campaigns that enhance fan engagement and support commercial growth.

What you’ll do

- Manage a portfolio of commercial partners, ensuring all contractual rights and obligations are delivered.
- Develop and execute creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver value for partners.
- Build strong relationships with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, communications, and other teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Support partnership renewals and long-term commercial success.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Lead partner activations including matchday, digital and brand initiatives.
- Monitor performance, produce reports, and deliver insights to stakeholders.
- Create strategic plans aligned to partner objectives and business goals.
- Line manage and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
