Job Overview
Brentford FC has an exciting opportunity for a Premium Sales Executive.
This role is responsible for generating new business by selling the full Premium Hospitality portfolio across both matchday and non-matchday events. It also focuses on driving additional revenue through proactive cross-selling and upselling to existing Premium Seat Holders.
Responsibilities
· Promoting hospitality products to business and consumers.
· Cross selling across the Premium portfolio
· Meeting both sell though match by match & seasonal specific sales targets
· Maintaining required sales pace
· Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maintain up-to-date sales materials and website content, including weekly meetings to align on new and ongoing campaigns.
· Managing campaign activity with the Marketing team
· Maximising revenue by utilising the BFC database and managing the sales process via Salesforce.
· Making sure individual and team KPI’s are hit.
· Logging all sales activity within the Salesforce/Ticketmaster system and managing this to the agreed standard.
· Being aware of market intelligence and competitor activity
· Effectively research LinkedIn for sales leads-particularly through Sales Navigator

· Experience in client retention through established strong existing relationships
