The Procurement Coordinator for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 will support the implementation of the FIFA27 Procurement Policy, ensuring organization-wide compliance through ongoing employee training and adherence checks. You will be responsible for the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP as well as other administrative matters. You will support project leaders with RFI/RFP processes. This role drives inter-departmental alignment and manages the FIFA27 SAP cost contract database to deliver cost efficiency, compliant, simple and transparent solutions across FIFA procurement landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement the FIFA27 Procurement Policy and procedures across the organization. Act as gatekeeper of the process at the relevant stages.
- Train employees on an on-going basis to ensure adherence to FIFA27 Procurement Policy.
- Responsible for the SAP cost contract database, including entering and maintaining contract data and creation of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Manage (solve or forward) queries raised to the FIFA27 Procurement team mailbox.
- Support project leaders in all matters regarding procurement including tasks such as setting up RFIs and RFPs.
- Create spend reports for management as requested.
- Conduct administrative activities of the procurement team.
- Terciary education in Business Administration, Procurement and/or extensive experience in indirect procurement.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Good SAP MM knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of DocuSign is an asset.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is an asset
