Main goal
The Ticketing Data Coordinator works with the Ticketing Data Analyst to deliver actionable ticketing data analytics and insights for UEFA club and national team competition finals, including UEFA EURO 2028 and UEFA Women’s EURO 2029.
The role primarily focuses on mobile ticketing data, while also supporting overall ticketing data quality and analysis to optimise sales operations, mobile ticket distribution and the fan experience.
Key responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining and optimising ticketing data sources within Snowflake and reporting dashboards in Tableau, or similar systems
- Ensuring ticketing data quality and integrity across multiple platforms (SSO, ticketing sales system, UEFA Mobile Tickets app, etc.)
- Analysing ticket sales and mobile distribution trends to identify patterns, risks and opportunities
- Identifying and tracking KPIs to measure ticketing performance and operational success delivery
- Working with multiple stakeholders, in particular internal ICT colleagues as well as external providers
- Supporting operational tasks in relation to the distribution of mobile tickets, including monitoring, performance and incident tracking
- Gaining sufficient knowledge on ticketing processes from end to end, including venue configuration, inventory management, ticket sales, mobile ticketing, access control and custom
- Supporting and performing other ticketing functions as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, engineering or a related field
- From 1 to 3 years in data analysis using Tableau or Power BI and working with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms
Languages:
- Fluent in English
Other requirements:
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Interest in mobile applications on Android and iOS
- Experience in fraud prevention is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure event environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive problem solver with a collaborative team-player approach
- Comfortable working with a high degree of flexibility, autonomy and responsibility.
