Reporting organisationally to the Senior Ticketing Operations Manager the Ticketing Stadium Configuration Manager will help building and maintaining stadium seating maps for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™. Working in close collaboration with the Configuration and Inventory team in Zurich and other key individuals responsible for the management of ticketing inventory, seating plans and its maintenance in the Ticketing System, ensuring data accuracy throughout the planning phase and during the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve as the central liaison to FIFA Zurich, facilitating alignment on strategic priorities, reporting, and operational updates
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the local team, ensuring they have the resources, information, and leadership needed to deliver high‑quality operational outcomes
- Support and build accurate seating plans in the ticketing system for FIFA tournament venues of the host country
- Manage and oversee the implementation of all necessary seating information and configuration of spectator flows, price categories, seat allocations and carry out required updates
- Maintain on day-to-day basis seating maps and configurations within the ticketing system throughout all stages of FIFA tournaments and apply changes as required
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of all seating information and configuration
- Evaluate outcomes of quality inspections and proposes corrective measures
- Carry out the seat allocation and seat assignment process in the ticketing system
- Assess and analyse maps and plans of FIFA tournament venues to identify gaps and changes to be applied in the seating plans and configurations
- Plan, prepare and carry out onsite seat inspection visits to fully validate seating plans as built in the ticketing system with the actual venue seating
- Support the overall management of ticketing inventory by conducting quality assurance measure for both ticket quotas and seat allocations
- Administer allocations and additional ticket requests during the tournaments
- Support general ticketing operations for FIFA events

Education / Experience

- Bachelor degree or similar level of education
- Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably Secutix)
- 5 years of professional experience
- 1-3 years of experience in ticketing or similar functional area (first experiences in creating seating maps or floorplans in a software application of advantage)
- Experience in data analytics and/ or management
- Onsite ticketing operations experience
- Experience in working with CAD technical drawings
- Native‑level fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is valued.

Skills & Competencies

- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Teams, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities
- Ability to coordinate across functional areas such as security, broadcasting, hospitality
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, technology minded, efficient and accountable team player
- Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones

Certifications & Requirements

- Willingness to travel to host cities.
- Availability to work extended hours during test events and tournament time.
- Experience working in international, multicultural environments preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Right to work in Brazil
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
